Removing assets from a gallery
Note: Assets cannot be removed from a smart gallery because a smart gallery displays assets that meet certain search criteria.
To remove assets from a gallery (without removing them from the catalog):
From the Organizers panel, select the gallery.
If you are not the gallery’s owner, then make sure that the gallery is not marked Read Only.
In the main window, select one or more assets to remove from the gallery.
Click − at the lower left corner of the main window, or right-click a selected asset and choose Delete Selection.
In the dialog, make sure that only Delete assets from <gallery> is checked, then click Delete.
To remove all assets from a gallery, right-click on the gallery and choose Delete Contents.
