A Catalog Administrator can change the availability or completely delete any NetPublish sites associated with any of their catalogs from within Portfolio Administration.
To enable or disable a NetPublish site, click NetPublish, choose a site, then select or deselect the checkbox labeled Site Enabled.
To delete a NetPublish site, click NetPublish, choose a site, click Delete Site, then click OK in the confirmation dialog.
To change any of the settings for a NetPublish site, use the Web or Desktop client.
Select a catalog.
Click NetPublish in the main toolbar at the top of the client window.
In the Site Builder, choose Edit Existing Site, then choose a site from the pop-up menu.
You can modify any aspect of the NetPublish site at this point. The settings that could be changed through Portfolio Administration prior to version 3.6.3 are:
Security: Set whether a login is required, assign a site password, or allow only specific user accounts to access the site.
Expiration: Set a site expiration date, and determine whether the site is taken offline or deleted completely when it has expired.
Request Access: For sites where a login is required, you can determine whether a site visitor can request access, specify the information required for access, and enter an email address to send the access request to.
Reporting: Specify whether to collect reporting data from the website, and how many days’ worth of data should be retained. (The number of days of data will determine the time range available for NetPublish site reports.)
To save changes to the site, click Publish Now.
