NetPublish

NetPublish

NetPublish allows users with Catalog Administrator access to publish the contents of a gallery to a website, hosted on the Portfolio server system.

You can publish a FastSite with just a couple of clicks, or you can customize your site quickly using the Site Builder.

FastSite

To publish a site:

  1. Select a gallery or the All Assets organizer.

NetPublish will not publish a site from a folder or other built-in organizer, including the Flagged Assets organizer.

  2. Click NetPublish in the toolbar.

The default site option is Create New Site.

The default FastSite for your selected gallery is shown in miniature in the right side of the NetPublish Site Builder window.

  3. Click Publish Now.

The FastSite will be published to the Portfolio system, and the window will show a link to your new site. Click the link to open your site. Copy the URL for future reference.

You can edit your FastSite later to customize it.
