Find your Assets

Objective:  Search with Quickfind

There are several ways to search for assets, including Quickfind, Advanced Find, Tags, Keywords, and navigating the folder structure, which we’ll discuss in later lessons.

Portfolio's search functionality taps into all of your asset's metadata fields and the text of cataloged documents.

Let's start with the simplest and most popular — QuickFind. Type a word or phrase and Portfolio will show you live results.
