Downloading files

You can download original files, or download a converted version of an asset.

To download original files:

  • Select one or more assets and choose Download Originals from the Downloads menu;

  • Select one or more assets, right-click a selected asset, and choose Download Selection from the shortcut menu;

  • Right-click an organizer and choose Download Contents from the shortcut menu.

To download converted files:

  • Select one or more assets and click Batch Process;

  • Select one or more assets, right-click a selected asset, and choose Batch Process Selection from the shortcut menu;

  • Right-click an organizer and choose Batch Process Contents from the shortcut menu.

This opens the Batch Process dialog. Select conversion settings or a Convert Preset and click Batch Process.

If you have selected multiple files to download or convert, Portfolio will compress them into a .ZIP archive.

If you have selected a single file, Portfolio will download the file without compression.

Files will be downloaded to your default Downloads folder.

Crop and download from Preview

In Preview mode, you can download or crop and download a derivative version of an image.

To download an image, click  and choose the file format for the derivative image.

To crop and download an image, click , select the area to crop, then click  and choose the file format.
